Terms of Use

These terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and explain Sass Tax subscriptions and family responsibilities.

Family use and age

Sass Tax is a parent-led service for people age 13 and older. Do not create an account or profile for anyone under 13. An adult family owner or guardian is responsible for configuring the service, inviting members, supervising teens, and deciding how virtual balances, rewards, and chores are used. Sass Tax does not provide banking, financial, medical, legal, or parenting advice. Virtual balances have no cash value.

Subscriptions

Sass Tax Pro is offered as a monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription. The price displayed by Apple at purchase is the price you will be charged. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm purchase. Unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the subscription renews automatically and Apple charges your account within 24 hours before renewal. You can manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Access continues through the paid period after cancellation. Restore Purchases can restore an eligible entitlement.

Acceptable use

Do not use Sass Tax to threaten, shame, exploit, unlawfully monitor, or harm another person; bypass Apple or Firebase security; distribute private invitation links publicly; or violate applicable law.

Availability and termination

We may modify or discontinue features and may suspend access used for abuse or security attacks. Cloud synchronization, notifications, and purchases depend on Apple, Google Firebase, RevenueCat, network access, device settings, and operating-system behavior.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sass Tax is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those that cannot be excluded. Astrum Computing is not liable for family decisions, lost virtual balances, missed notifications, or indirect damages. Consumer rights that cannot legally be waived remain unaffected.
